Ronald ‘Raygun’ Reagan finally died and suddenly everybody pretends he was a hero.

Am I the only one who’s glad the bugger’s finally gone?

I’ll remembered him for Iran-Contra, for arming and training the Mujahideen, sending US Marines to Lebanon (another ill-fated US military intervention), for the SDI project, for the “war on drugs” and of course the “we’ll bomb Russia in five minutes” joke.

Good riddance, I say.
